What Noname said wasn't an attack on no one specifically, it was a challenge to fellow conscious rappers to step up. She coulda been talking bout Rapsody or Saba or some shyt. Cole clearly took action at these protests so why did he get in his feelings about it? Cole's response was passive aggressive in itself, you can not shoot down a sista for speaking out PASSIONATELY on a topic such as this. Black women are told to calm down any and everyday for any and everything, he's 35 and wants to be treated like a child. Bro said EDUCATE me but got a whole degree.
She clearly was talking bout males and talking bout high selling artist. It was a pure attack, pretty much saying y’all profit solely off black struggle but not doing nothing(but only wanted a tweet). How is that Not an attack.

Personally I feel he shoulda told her elite acting ass to stfu. But that’s me. He handled her with kid gloves and told her don’t run off the people she trying to save.

Name any successful male or female leaders got created changed or helped the people by being aggressive and shytting on them same people they tryna to save. We ain’t kids, if Malcom started talking crazy to me when I’m trying my best to uplift my people in the best way I could with my limited knowledge I’m not gonna take kindly to that shyt

All bro gotta do is educate himself, do the research. Just try, that shouldn't be viewed as an attack on nobody. We can always do more. If yall call that an attack then brehs must be really insecure which is how this whole thing comes off. Bro tried to silence a Black woman for speaking her truth, actually speaking about vitally important things but he can't be bothered to put in the extra effort to try and do better. This is all cap coming from someone that bills himself as a person that actually cares.

Bruh stfu. He not taking any hits from this shyt. Equal amount of people backing him cause we see the real. Women think they can attack and then be treated with kid gloves after.

She created a book club that’s cool, nobody really gives a fukk tho. If you talk to anybody in a aggressive manner, especially a grown person they gonna send shots back. Especially when she was clearly fukking wrong. She wanted some bullshyt twitter post when the man was in the streets. They need to stop looking up to rappers as they leaders. Just cause cole and Kendrick care about black people, and they community doesn’t mean they equipped to speak on it in a inform manner. I’m sure it was a lot of people as knowledgeable as Malcom and Martin in they movement, but they couldn’t speak or convey a message as well.

Women have a problem with thinking they can’t be held to the same standards they hold others. If you come at me with false bullshyt and I shoot back I’m not the wrong one.

Let's call it for what it is. Noname attempted to use her Twitter fingers to subliminally diss the top selling conscience rappers for not being on social media during the protesting. She was doing it for clout and behaving as if SHE'S better than those top selling rappers.

J. Cole, being that him and Kendrick are the biggest selling conscience rappers currently out took offense and like any REAL emcee addressed it on wax. Now Noname fans and man-hating feminists are mad because he called her out, despite being respectful and introspective about it.
That nikka went to one protest - and made sure to carry his white fans with gloves so they'd keep buying his records. :mjlol:
And lol @ Cole being "conscious" :unimpressed:

How is he pseudo-woke? Who labeled him as woke in the first place? Since the beginning, Cole always came off as a regular dude.
nikkas who don't know how to read labelled him as woke - he really does just make regular guy music - there are plenty of people in this thread claiming he's like the top-tier of "conscious" hip-hop.

Her telling people to read and this nikka saying "she told us to read, I think she has an attitude" :dead:
Lol like I said earlier, this right here is the reason Cole should have just came out and told Noname to mind her business. Did all that self deprecating for people to clown him anyway

Could have just DM'd her and told her he don't fukk with nikkas - instead he chose the time when most artists are talking about the violent issues affecting the Black community on a national scale to cry about how he doesn't like to be told to read big books :dead:

Releasing a song is passive-aggressive bytch shyt, it genuinely is.
