I'm not talking about realism breh, I'm talking about some sort of diversity. Why is that damn near every fukkin rapper has literally the exact same story and the exact same formula?
All of them were Pablo Escobar? All of them had paper before rap? All of them shoot nikkas in they face for looking at them funny? Come on now.
And great MC's don't have to be great liars. Rakim, KRS One, Big Daddy Kane, etc.

IMO Small Victories (Fly.Union [CLE cats who roll with Lebron])was a better project and it was just as "conscious" (I don't like that word) as Cole record. Its just not that good, to me. And I actually paid money (in 2014) for it...i have no reason to hate. SV was better produced (coles production was nice, too), more creative and more fun to listen to. Its just how I feel.
