But what judge is going to be lenient if he blew trial, and is already a convicted felon for conspiracy to commit bank robbery, plus a gang of other charges

IIRC, it's usually violent offenses that sentences get ran consecutively. But fly over states have some of the dumbest laws and statutes on the book, so like u said, we'll see

Count 1-3 is 12 years. Half for state is roughly 6 years. Count 4 he has to run consecutive 6 years, which he’ll serve about 3-4. So about 91/2-10 years
