The album is cool. Ive heard a few tracks over the years. Its none of the soulful stuff that people love Dilla for but its still dope beats, cool rhymes and nice energy to it. I remember when people first started to hear Dilla rhyme and were shocked that he rhymed about Detroit shyt: whips, guns, hoes, and money because every other nerd was rhyming about quantum theories over Dilla instrumentals they stole from Youtube. That made Dilla more human to me. He wasn't this mythical guy people were making him out to be since he died.

like that song with frank N dank

sounds like react the eric sermon record from that time

also it got some of that devil night vibe like dilla could been rapping on that album and it would fit
