As frustrating as it is to watch Rubio try and score, you can see the difference he makes each night. Being a Wolves fan who have good PG play for maybe 5 out of 25 years with Marbury, T. Brandon, a year of Billups and then Rubio, you can see all that he does.

In this day and age we're used to PG's being able to score better than they pass and Rubio is the opposite. I know you need your PG to be able to make jumpers and finish but in the grand scheme of basketball, scoring from the PG rarely brings success. Isiah Thomas is the last PG to be the best player on a championship team so I don't know how much it will matter as he career goes.

The shooting is atrocious and really doesn't look like it has MUCH room for improvement, but if he can get to the mid 40%, his overall game will continue to be more important than his lack of scoring
