This album is fire. Still processing it, however I will say this album feels incomplete without “2007” as the closer.

J.I.D. should have fought harder to keep that track on the album. Should have changed the beat or something. Hell even delay the release until that sample is cleared.

Because that record literally ties the whole album together..

I think he feels the same way because he’s been hyping 2007 up on twitter and he said something to effect of “#Free2007 is all I want at this point”.

2007 by itself brings this album from an AOTY contender to straight up AOTY with NO current competition.
