Chicago is more violent now than almost anytime before. The police, the church, parents, anti violence groups are clearly unable to stop it.
If you understand the science of Chicago Black gangs, the largest/most violent ones have common links that reflect (among others) the teachings and values of Larry Hoover and the generation that birthed all the gangs.
