He's not though. You have players like Glen Rice, Allan Houston, Rock that were still better players than Klay, just as good of shooters if not better, that probably aren't making Top 100...H20 is debatable as better. But Rice once shot over 45% from 3s for a season, playing the entire season. And someone like Mully, who was a far better player and will make the Top 100 without question.

You have guys like Vince Carter and TMac who didnt make the top 75. Guys like Mitchell and D-Book will probably get in their next go around as well. Klay aint making no top 100 with the career he’s had. In any other sport he’d only be a borderline HOFer.
