hot track but i always thought it was a move out of desperation from rule. dude knew he was gettin shyt on so he put out a city anthem track to try and win back the people. and of course he had to enlist jada and joe, two of the hottest rappers out at the time, to have his back. if it weren't for them who knows if the track woulda really popped like that.
