Ja was on his way out when 50 jumped on the scene. Those were the days after 4 albums u done . 50 just made it so he could never come back

The problem is that Ja ran that same sound into the ground.

Sure it was beyond hot at its time but clearly dated as fukk when you try to listen to it today.

I have no thoughts on 50 other than he made great music as well but isolated the fukk out of nyc to the point it hasn't been the same since.
