Honestly, I might be in the minority here as a New Yorker but I feel like 50 and Ja Rule are both wack and to a certain extent, they are no different from each other from a musical standpoint.

They both gained popular status through the images they've portrayed along with the hype machine backing. I could never truly get into either of their music...Ja was like a Pac/DMX biter and 50 was just meh and surprisingly fell off after his first album and honestly, that was just average.
