What makes Ja a better MC?
You were just in the other thread saying you don't like generic shyt or rappers/people being political and saying they fukk with people like that when they don't so you should appreciate the honesty lol. Haven't really thought about it on an MC level yet, I'm just saying Rule has more albums and songs I enjoy listening to than Kendrick. He can be pretty diverse too, I like a number of his girl songs and his hard songs too. Kendrick's never made a song to me that I've bumped as much as New York, he's never really made any songs I've regularly bumped through enjoyment, only really research as I'm not feeling him that much. He's just alright to me, I'm fine with people feeling differently and disagreeing, I'm just saying my own personal opinion. Some of the areas I prefer Rule in is voice, songwriting/songmaking, energy, sounding more natural in an aggressive style, by and large prefer the collaborations he's done, much prefer his girl songs, a song like Judas, don't think Kendrick has ever made a song that I've felt like that, I even think he did a good job when he did the Bone Thugs type flow on Free I think it was. Body was dope, Message To Mankind, Uh Ohh with Wayne was a banger, I prefer Rule's club songs, I like Passion better than Mortal Man, Murder Reigns was dope. I don't think Ja is a GOAT contender or anything, I just prefer him to Kendrick, currently, could change, Kendrick is still early in his career. I think Ja got better as his career got on, as an artist, developed and became more comfortable, if the same happens to Kendrick and he keeps getting better and better then it could 1 day change, am only speaking currently. I do prefer Kendrick's latest project to his first 1 so if he keeps getting better who knows, but for now certainly I prefer Ja.
