"Deponent states that he is informed by Giscard Rondeau, of an address known to the District Attorney's Office, that informate observed each of the above described defendants, acting in concert with eachother and with unapprehended individuals repeated[ly] punch about the face and body of informant, Curtis Jackson,"

The paperwork directly mentions 50 Cent as a police informant

"Curtis Ratson!!! now go best one of ya baby mamas... THIS IS YALL HERO!!! "
