Nasty history repeating themselves for the Bucks. Same thing happened to Michael Redd. Tore his ACL in his left knee...came back a year later and immediately tore his ACL in his right.
And at the time Redd was a top 20 player who was building a hall of fame career. Instead because of those injuries he's just forgotten.
But Jabari"s got youth and technology on his side. He's got to dig deep into his mechanics and study what's happening and the ways he can curb the torque he puts on his knees...
Dude was just starting to establish himself too
their own teams maxed them out because they were still the best players they had when they came back. Jabari won't have that situation.
Someone may pay him a lot of money provided he's healthy, but big time max contracts and stuff? He tore his ACL twice in 3 years but someone wants to give him a 4 year max commitment? He may have to take a short deal just to prove he's healthy and then hope to re-up again.
Until modern medicine turns ACL tears into sprained MCL's, it's gonna be a huge risk.
