physical tools nikka. physical tools. Wiggins is a like a mold of clay. he can be as good as he wants to be. i don't know how great his desire is right now. but if he has tremendous work ethic, he has a physical package we have not seen since jordan.

Parker is the finished product. his horrible lateral quickness and limitations as a defender is why i wouldn't take him top 3. but he has everything you want offensively in the Paul Pierce mold.

agree on almost everything. except i wouldn't say LeBron has a tremendous first step. its good. incredible even for a guy his size. but its not in the Kobe/AI/Wade/Jordan class. if it was, he'd be even more imposing. what makes LeBron imposing driving the ball is his strength moreso than first step.

Lebron's first step is pretty damn amazing. He looks slower because he's moving so much mass but it's pretty damn amazing when you realize that he typically gets past most defenders who, play off of him, before he needs to even use his strength for leverage.

But that may also be because Lebron is very Duncan-like with his placement so he could be using his high IQ to get the best angle and positioning to get past his opponent.

We're both saying the same thing. The mere fact that Lebron's first step is even comparable to the best of the best slashers who are all 50 LBS lighter is testament to his athletic prowess.

much worse. guys like Aaron Gordon (obviously) and even Julius Randle are much quicker laterally. I'm scared for Parker at the next level. He might be Kevin Love status on defense.

So hell either be out quicked or out powered. He's still the go to guy for the #2 or #3 pick in the draft.

Him vs Wiggins is a great debate. But it comes down to what do teams value the most.
