If he been signed to drama and them that long I feel like I would’ve seen him on some bigger tapes around that time but I guess artist development was a factor

What do you expect? Cacs love white mediocrity because it's literally looking in the mirror for them. What's funny is that all of these white rappers past and present are all novelty acts with no cultural impact, staying power etc.
There is no white equivalent of Kendrick Lamar let alone 2pac. As much as they try to force the image of Eminem as GOAT, it is clear Marshall was always a shock value gimmick... one trick pony. They all are. Macklemore, Post Malone, G Eazy. Even the Beastie Boys. They made better Rock music than Hip Hop.
