He had personality in the WWECW days. He could've been something like 7-8 yrs ago
I actually think Swagger could've been a star, but that time passed a few years back. I think Swagger should've been the one to defeat Rusev and I know Swagger was mostly irrelevant, but the pop he got and the fact that Cena gained nothing out of beating Rusev I feel it should've been him.
