And where's Mark Henry? I'd expect him to be on that list (somewhere at the bottom, anyway). Didn't he get a huge contract from Vince at one point, and was reported to be saving his money? I find it hard to believe that Chyna has more money than him.

This list claims that Ric Flair is worth $5 mil after the ex-wives, the mismanaged funds and the lawsuits. But Jeff Hardy, former top champ and biggest merch seller for both the WWE & TNA, is not on this list?

Well the list is clearly garbage, but I can actually see how Big Show's spot on the list might be pretty accurate.
Made a lot of money in WCW (Bischoff paid everybody well), made $1 million per year when he signed with Vince, been working for most of the last 13 years in WWE (mostly main-event level or or at least upper midcard with special attraction matches like WM24 with Mayweather), has done a few movies and TV appearances outside WWE, has done a few endorsement deals (Chef Boyardee I think?), and seems like a pretty intelligent guy who probably didn't blow his savings. That dude's got a nice bank account, no doubt.
