Mississippi does not play when it comes to prostitution. They are known to have sting operations. Mississippi law enforcement love to make revenue off of prostitution stings, road blocks and drug stings. Its a poor state so making revenue is rule number one.
Hell the I remember years ago when the jackson mayor use to personally be involved in drug stings. With the cops as they busting down the door. That type of wild shyt does not happen in big cities

One more thing getting popped ain't just some shyt at HBCUs. Hell I went to a PWI in undergrad and grad school. One of my professors got popped in a prostitution sting. Dude one a tenured professor and one of the higest paid on campus.
Then as a professional my director at one job got popped picking up a male prostitute shyt was on the news. Dude took a year long leave. Came back and quit.
