In any situation like that and I'm on MY property armed, while I'm telling that cop to leave my yard, I'm gonna ask nicely once. I'm gonna have pistol on my back and approach the side of the vehicle.

also, as for a breakdown, cases from over 100 years ago (the elk case is from 1900, the adams case can't be found) that only vaguely allude to what you're suggesting (the elk case is very specific in its terms, and they'd never connect to a 2020 world) are useless breh
