Rest in peace. Please don't cast aspersions on him, high blood pressure is common among speedsters. If they're saying it was long-term I hope he was on meds, so maybe just stopped taking them. But it isn't necessarily indicative of an unhealthy lifestyle or neglect.

I’ve noticed in my late 20s I used a lot of cooking oil in my food. Raised my cholesterol. For about 2 months I was doing the hookah bar stuff and that also raised my blood pressure. Diet, stress, can speed up your death.

i do a lot of walking ...my average is 11K per day this year.

I hit the gym 3-5 times a week and I notice after the gym my BP goes down to like 125/75

I've had hypertension since my early 20s and I've never weighed over 165 sometimes you just have bad genes and need to get on meds

Funny thing is though, I have a sister who has struggled with her weight most of her life and is prediabetic...but her blood pressure is A1.
