Video is funny but society in general needs to be realistic with their expectations in general.
We're so used to seeing (even expecting) someone's highlight reel and most polished moments that we've developed the habit of laughing at people's progress and their attempts to better themselves.

This is true but I’m registered with USAB and social media flexing makes a slight mockery of all the FREE work that goes into ametuer boxing/fighting let alone pros so it just truth to power.

I think that's why some people never get anywhere.

They either judge them self too harshly, or are too fearful of the judgment from others for being a novice and looking trash.
