There was a thing people with pockets would buy a ton of their own shyt then get on the NYTimes list and ride the free publicity the rest of the way. A lot of right wing authors were doing it back in the dayI remember when I was in Afghanistan and they was sending boxes of Bill O'Reilly books! And we was using them shyts to keep fires burning at night!
I think that was a way to include those books as being sold!
