both are 10 out of 10 lyricists. Can't say either one have flaws lyrically. The thing is that Jada doesn't have one classic album to his name.

The only thing Jada is a 10 out of 10 in is cornballery.

And Kiss is my guy, but Common has the catalogue and skill to be Top 10.

Kiss can't drop a classic to save his life. And I think that's what held him back from being one of the actual greats. I still don’t get what the deal is with that.

Ass production and no overall direction with his albums

Westside Gunn said he told Jada to lock in with him for a month and he would "curate" a classic album for him. But he said Kiss never calls him back about it, lol. There's other artists who really want him to make this classic project we all know he can make. We just ain't get it yet.

No disrespect to westside gun but if puff couldn't do it in his prime none of this nikkas can do it now.

Kiss was never signed to Puff solo though. So he didn't have a chance to do anything with Jada, back then. He was off Bad Boy before that could even happen.

WSG is his best bet. He can get dope production, a damn vision and some direction. But like you said, I kinda feel like it's too late. I would love to see it, but I gave up on waiting.

as a three verse 16 plus bar solo artist. in timeline, as early as both.
being honored as a soloist and group artist.
Versus kiss who was only responsible

for a Third of the verse output in a general commitee. As the warlocks. to warlox to lox era.
Where in timeline common sense. Now enduring admin hiccups.
to now being named common.
has been honored as a styles war era best in quality and output solo artist. Shich inckides mastering that era's sryke if remix stsrting eith breaker 1/9. To soul by the pound. After a stellar jazz horn duet on take it easy.

Of course it don't matter who he sleep with but the principle of spinning the shyt like he was taken advantage of I understand he was a minor at the time so this can be seen as disgusting victim blaming I'm aware. I also was a teenage boy at one point and know damn well based on the story ain't no fukkin way.


Second, what about the Drake shyt? Does he not lose any valour for getting worked by Degrassi's biggest star? Idk I agree Kiss can't fukk with his catalog but we gotta factor all this shyt into making a decision. Who would win in a battle kiss vs com? Usually i dont say "classics dont matter". But they dont matter in this scenario because the bar advantage leans so heavily towards Jada imo. Jada has classic battle records as well. We're talking overall, history of rap, you're talking eras, mixtapes are different etc.
