ha, Tyler James Williams himself is actually a good pick for Static. He's young, likeable, and a pretty good actor.

If they did cast Jaden, it was most likely because he's a famous name that will attract attention. Static is still relatively unknown character to the masses.

What's funny is that he was a better actor when he was younger. And I guarantee there are young black actors a LOT more talented than him. They aren't even a chance to prove themselves tho

If Warner Bros. would've put out the entire "Static Shock" animated series out on DVD, VoD , & SVoD like they did with the other DCAU/Timmverse shows, this wouldn't be as big as an issue.

Agreed breh. Static never got the amount of love he should. It's almost a slap in the face to McDuffie the way they treat the character.
