Nobody else in that division besides the Texans has their shyt together as an organization. Pitiful.

Texans only recently got their shyt together because the owner died, but I think the jury is still out. He's the mf that said he didn't want the "inmates to run the asylum" when guys were taking knees during the national anthem. Bill O'Brien also ran out their franchise stars when he was running the organization too, which wasn't that long ago.

You know it's bad when Pillsay's not even the biggest joke in the division :russ:

To add to it, he has a history of allegedly bus rolling any and everyone in an organization to keep his job.

It was said that Doug Pederson has said for years that the o line was not good enough to which Trent only provided bandages.

The only positives I can give him is he manages the cap well, he's above average at picking skill position players in the draft, and he's good at acquiring more picks..

Shad really screwed this situation up because he's not a football guy.. Trent really allowed Shad to be totally hands off and then was always able to provide reasoning for why any season was a failure. Shad really tried to bluff potential hires then got his card pulled. Now he's stuck with potential hires that I can tell you he doesn't really want.
The candidates just didn't do a good enough job of convincing him to get rid of Baalke :troll:

Shad would be the perfect owner if the team was good, he just wanna spend money and ride his yacht. They just tell him if you do this we'll win for sure this time.

And he be believing them :russ:

It's why he wanted Coughlin to run shyt but he was a psycho.

He keeps trying to turn the football operations over but he don't know who or how to hire :snoop:

TK pivoting like he refuses to do with AEW :wow:

:mjlol: at him basically calling Coen asking what happened, getting told he wasn't taking the job with Baalke there and then Trent's bytch ass geting fired.

EDIT: Ohhh, it was Shad's call. That makes way more sense :bryan:

Terrible GM that wouldn't listen to his head coaches on personnel decisions. On top of it, he makes terrible personnel decisions. He's partly to blame for getting Jim Harbaugh fired in San Fran when he was head coach & Baalke was the GM. Baalke apparently had guys on the coaching staff reporting on everything Harbaugh was doing. Hard to trust and work with someone like that. Once Harbaugh got fired, he hired his own yes man in Jim Tomsula & then Chip Kelly before the 49ers realized Baalke was the problem.
The damage he did to the Niners will never be forgotten :scust:

Plus he was the king of wasting draft picks on players that suffered year long injuries in college hoping that they would make a full recovery on the pros :scust:

Baalke was the CEO in Jax. He ran the day to day operations. They are completely lost without him and that goes to show you just how much of a shyt show it is in Jax
You'd think they could just make it a lateral move where he still does that without actually making roster decisions

Im hearing that was the plan but both Ben Johnson and Liam Coen wanted Baalke out of the building

loccal beat guys saying that Ben Johnson had the Jags as his number 1 choice but Shad wouldn’t budge on Baalke

No one interested in the Jags job is scary because all coaches know going in if you don't have a QB then you got nothing and we're supposed to believe that Lawrence is an elite level QB.

That's saying a lot to me. I'd fire someone too if people would rather go to the Jets dysfunctional organization than work for mine.
Everyone in football circles knows T Law isn't an elite level QB. Whoever comes here is a guy who knows that they have to salvage his career, and they'll die with him.

Which is probably why Cohen and Johnson were the guys for the job since they salvaged Baker and Goff respectively after being discarded from the teams that drafted them.

The rest of the team actually isn't a dumpster fire, great defensive front, good pass catchers, mid O line, bad secondary, bad QBs and RBs (tank is ok).

That's tough. Wonder if it's just a control thing or if baalke has rubbed everyone the wrong way at meetings and what not
