Say what you will about Reddit, but the Squared Circle subreddit is dope.
Reddit has a thing called AMA (Ask me anything) where people do interviews.

What moment in wrestling are you most proud of?
Hi Jake,
What were the behind the scenes like in your feud with Rick Rude? Did you provide him a picture of your wife so he could get the airbrushed tights done? Or did he do it as a surprise to elicit some sort of real response?
Jake,
Long time fan, as was my grandfather, and we always wondered if there was ever that one person you dreaded wrestling for one reason or another?

That's a tough one man, it really is. I'd say it'd have to be somethiong where I've done something with a kid or something. There was a young boy in California with brain cancer and he'd just given up, and he had a horrible scar from surgery and he was real ashamed of it. It was ugly, man, it was damned ugly. I went in to see him and I was like, "Oh my God, I gotta get a haircut like that! It is badass!" It sparked him up a bit. Then they sent a TV crew in and newspaper people in, and he didn't want that. He just wanted to hang with me. I saw his demeanor change and I told them that if he points at the door, you guys leave. Because it was for him and not for the newspaper, you know? He pointed, so I threw them out and he loved that.
I was coming to town in three weeks and I told him I needed him in my corner. The doctor told him that wouldn't happen. But we got him fighting, and we got him going again and he showed up for my match with the Honkey Tonk Man. I let him put the snake on him and to see that kids face... I don't know, man, to see that... I could talk about 100 different matches but you asked for a moment, and that was a moment.
I should try to find him now, because that's the kind of stuff I do now. And those are the moments I treasure, because if I can bring happiness to someone, whoever... that's why I love DDP Yoga, because it makes people feel better about themselves. And I know what's that like because I've hated myself and the way I've looked and given up, so I've been down that road... so to go on this program with DDP and to watch people help themselves... I thought I was getting high before, but man!
It's an amazing feeling when you've helped someone get healthy.
Dallas asked me once what DDP Yoga had done for me that nothing else could, and I said it gave me back the dream - when you're down and out, you don't dream. But as I got better, I started dreaming again.

Absolutely, I am terrified of snakes, always have been and always will be. It was just a great idea. I came up with it years ago, and I go to WWF and they finally let me do it. When the reality of doing it sunk in, I was terrified.
I came up with the idea riding down the highway listening to Monday Night Football and a HOF'er named the Snake and I was drinking and smoking marijuana and kept going on and on about how it would be a great gimmick to come out with a snake - I ran through all these scenarios but no one was going to let me do it back then. I asked Bill Watts and he asked if I thought it was a fukkin' circus... I guess it is a circus, isn't it? The whole world is a circus.

He surprised me with that, and um, he had them on and I didn't know anything about it. He went up to the Gorilla Position and he just appeared with them on and I told Vince if he wears them out there I'm ripping them off and his ass would be shown, so that's what what I did.

One time he had a few too many drinks, and that's hard to say because he NEVER got drunk. He was tipsy and he got me in the ring and went to clutch me in the corner which he'd done a hundred times. This time, his hand slipped and he came down on me, and he's sitting on me trying to get up and I hear him laughing - you don't laugh in the ring, especially with Andre. The ref asked him why he was laughing and I hear him say, "I'm farting!" It was like 45 seconds and I could feel it. When he got off of me there was like a birth mark on my arm...
He use to do some pretty horrifying stuff to me just playing around, but his idea of playin around could be a near death experience on the other end of it.

Yea, absolutely.
Vader. He broke my sternum twice. Back to back. I wrestled him once, he broke it. I wrestled him again after I healed and he broke it again. I've had so many injuries over the years, and I don't need something like that from someone who doesn't know what they're doing.
