I wasn't talking purely about skill, I was also speaking on career trajectory. Seahawks were a team that was driven by the defense and run game (like the Eagles) but Russ would be unleashed when needed and won a lot of games by putting up numbers himself. Hurts has also done this. Russ suffered when he was expected to be the driving force of the offense and with the Eagles run game struggling right now, Hurts is expected to do more. But to this point he's been unable to link up with the receivers down field, Russ could typically lull defense and find Lockett or someone in a key spot.

Eagles are a better franchise than KC. They area almost always in the mix and have prolly never gone more than 2 consecutive years missing the postseason. Even last year, had two hall of fame leaders on offense / defense retire after a meltdown season and managed to win the superbowl the next year.
