That highest adjusted completion stats kinda looks like one of them random espn stats. I understand spiked balls not counting and throw aways to an extent, but how are you gonna discount dropped/batted passes or passes when QB is hit? I'm sure a few QBs have made completions while being hit. Sometimes passes get dropped/batted away because the QB fukked up the throw. Surprised they didnt try to omit throws outside the pocket or some shyt like that.

So your entire reason for believing Jalen Hurts is better than Patrick Mahomes is because the Eagles team beat the Chiefs team a couple times? You do realize that is a very insignificant sample size of games and that quarterbacks don't actually play each other?

At this stage of their careers I think it’s comparing like for like in terms of overall package and the numbers show it. Hurts of course is better for his scheme and Mahomes is better for his.

And it was just a couple games, he’s beat him the last 3 games while outplaying him and the last time Mahomes beat Hurts was a fluke Super Bowl win where Hurts again outplayed him.

I haven't seen anyone in here say Hurts is terrible. Just because some of us (the brighter posters) think that he has a loaded team and that there are numerous QB's better than him, doesn't mean we think he's terrible. He's done what he's needed to do for the most part.

However, acting like there aren't numerous QB's that would perform at the same level if not better in the same situation is laughable.

What context goofy? That Hurts has the 85 Bears defense, 90’s Cowboys Oline and 2001 Rams skill position players? Yeah we heard all that.

What you can’t contextualize is Hurts nearly winning league MVP with Miles Sanders and a second year Devontae Smith. So it’s clear he can put up great numbers without “help”

It’s clear to anyone who has actually played or coached football before that Sirianni is withholding Hurts to his scheme which is limit possessions and turnovers and grind out 10 yards at a time because by the 4th quarter your greater talent advantages will win out because the other team is going to push and make mistakes. The Eagles want Hurts to be efficient and pick up first downs and hit the long ball when it’s there.

Furthermore has the Eagles like been playing great this year? Have the Eagles receivers been getting open? No. So cut that bullshyt out.

Needed some illegal plays, a terrible Kelce drop, and the Chiefs top two WR's out to squeak on a win. The win is all that matters, but if there comes a time where Hurts needs to carry the team, you same Eagles fans praising him now will go back to crying about him like you guys (as a whole) did for three straight years.
