I'd argue people do dislike Hurts. Not a majority but there's a contingent of football finds who think he's a bum in a perfect situation. I saw someone comparing him to Justin Fields lol. Purdy literally got it worse in 2023 when he was actually having an MVP level season. Because a few Purdy people felt he deserved Mvp. Most Purdy people didn't even try to put him top 3.

Jalen is getting it now because he's genuinely not playing well despite how loaded his team is, because people tried to push him as a top 3 QB.
