when evaluating QBs you have to look at things like poise, anticipation, pocket presence, throwing platforms, footwork, mechanics, etc...

If I'm a playoff team with an aging QB, I draft him in the 3rd round.

The biggest difference I noticed immediately between him and Tua was Tua arm talent
I think teams are more likely to reach on a player who isn't that "smart" if it looks like they already have cannons and can be eventually coached up (Allen, Darnold)
