They did kind of throw Chris under the bus in that 30 for 30, so I dont know why Jalen acts likes he should be cool to him. Even if his reasons were that Chris tried to save his own hide and make a bigger deal of what Ed did for him than what it was alledged or was, at least holler at the dude.

You can tell Jalen wants and BEEN wanting to square all this away, but Chris don't return his calls, answer his emails or do anything to address it. Most grown folk don't like having loose ends hanging especially when they can easily be addressed with one conversation. Jalen brings this up because he's trying to bait C Webb into talking to him because all other options have failed.


And honestly, given their history and brotherhood, C Webb owes Jalen at least a conversation.

Chris's choice was "no choice at all". He is avoiding addressing the issue when all Jalen wants to do is address it in any fashion. What Chris did hurt both of them and everyone involved and rather than manning up and admitting he was wrong, he's trying to absolve blame.

That IS an option, its just not a respectable one. And given him and Jalen's history, the least he can do is do one last sit down with his man.
