It worked so well in El Salvador because the gang members there all had the same tattoos to signify their membership. I don't think the gangs in Jamaica have the same kind of physical trademarks

Once Haiti's situation is under control. The Caribbean should create a gang task force to stomp out gangs. The root of the issue must be addressed though which is poverty

House has been standing for over 80 years, electricity was off, no one lives there. A few years ago we had someone living there who would take care of the house, they tried to take it over we kicked them out and they threatened that they would burn down the house.

Jamaica is classist as fukk, if the right MP, lawyer or corporatist snaps their fingers a boy get him jelly buss. Parliment needs to be purged, government funds need to be spent on thorough and efficent social programs. Literally saw an article a month or so ago saying $3 trillion in Jamaican public spending is unaccounted for. Dons are able to exists and flourish because of the purpose they serve to politicians and the utility they provide residents of garrisons communities(fetes, back-to-school drives, mediator in disagreements, help with school fees and bills). All Dons do is exploit the needs of the people. Gotta take away the viability of dons and gunmen by doing their jobs.​
