I might be bias off the strength I'm Jamaican , but our food just the epitome of flavor . All my friends would always come over my crib to eat my mom's cooking , a majority of them confessed that my moms cooking were better than their parents , but heres some samples

Caribbean food in general is GOAT Latino/Jamaican/Haitian etc. that's because most of it's roots are from West Africa when the slaves came they remixed their dishes with what was available that's why there are so many similarities....I went to a West African restaurant and it was very similar but with the Caribbean ingredients and spices it makes it the GOAT food.

Note i do not count mexican as Caribbean food. Although mexican food is banging it's limited in diversity IMO
