Since when? I was just in Jamaica and nikkas were not happy regarding the economy and the tax issues. 
WTF are they talking about? i go to jamaica every year, twice a year. they really do be picking and choosing when to lie about you whether it's promoting something positive or negative.
it's like when they were talking about some booming trump economy ... like what. whenever conservatives have power the lies about their economic prowess come out in full force.

Maybe they mean it in the neoliberal sense in that the elites are running amok and exploitation is at a fever pitch which is contributing to numbers which someone would view as the mark of a successful economy.
