Sucks because Eto is one of the best rappers in that wave, with one of the best voices. Seems like he should be out there a lot more, working with different/better producers etc.
I am. Big early Eto fan. I remember first hearing him on New Crack era song at the end of a DJ Diggz mixtape around 09-10. He stood out. Then he had a fire track “More money to count” ft Ransom with the Noreaga sample. He was one of the first early 2017 on the post Griselda wave with classic “Omertà” album. Then after Fahim, the first to rap on a whole EP produced by Nicholas Craven. According to Craven himself, that EP made Ransom want to rap again. I also like his album with FutureWave. After the Muggs album, feature on WSG, he should have been bigger. I mean Estee Nack is bigger than him. I believe that his work ethic is lacking.

Damn shame. You'd think the smaller underground dudes wouldn't do it because its such a connected circle working on each projects

Also I dont really like Eto that much.

JGasol tho, one of my favorite rappers
Jamal Gasol is underrated, he should be bigger in the underground. He has a dope voice, delivery and street tales. I was happy to be able to finally support him by purchasing physical CDs from DITCD.com .

Damn Eto is moving foul. 38 Spesh dissed him and Black Geez on a song recently too. I figured something like this was behind it....

"People censor me, I just wanted peaceful energy
I'm still scarred from what Geez and Eto did to me
Evil tendencies inside this deceitful industry.."

This is crazy, I was just watching a video on Spesh bigging up Eto and now I see this smh

A lot of those underground NY rappers screw each other over all the time. They weren't paying the graphic artists for their album covers, not paying producers, and hell at one time not sending out merch to customers flat out standing.
