Yeah once you hit that waiver wire it’s a wrap. Nothing but minimum one year deals and non guaranteed contracts from now on.

He’s basically a poor man’s Cam Thomas… which yeah, he better brush up on his Chinese then

Cam Thomas gets his shot off at a pro level…whether he hits depends on the day

Hyland struggles a lot to get separation and he’s not a dead eye shooter

How you profile as a quick guard but you’re not quick??

Many players have went down the same road. At this point it’s partly up to him how his career goes. He needs to look in the mirror & see how he can maximize his ability as a role player.

He can get hot and hit the three ball but he’s just so undersized out there. He looks like a high schooler. Traffic cones play better defense than him, which basically makes him unplayable for any team that’s actually attempting to win games. Throw into the equation that he feels he’s a superstar and should get all the minutes and shots on the team, it’s not looking good for his prospects in the NBA

He has no one to blame besides himself and the people he kept around him. He was beloved in Denver, but couldn’t take his mins decreasing in his second season when he was on a championship team. Someone close to him should’ve taken him aside and told him to chill. He would’ve been the backup PG the next year.

And the shyt that got him benched in Denver is what’s ultimately gonna take him out of the league.
with how often murray has been hurt, he'd have plenty of opportunities too. and teams love overpaying for backup PGs in free agency on top of that :mjlol:
