Avatar will flop (compared to 1).. doesn’t have the newness of 3d to ride the wave off of
Flashbacks to the sohh/imdb threads where brehs kept saying Avatar was a flop... after every 100 million it made. By the $600 mil, haters was saying the film needed to net double that to even break even or make up for the marketing:mjlol:
Ppl started saying the billie didn't count because they rereleased it like 4 months later.

Even with inflation WITHOUT re-releases Avatar wouldn't be on top over Endgame.

:jbhmm: yep... you didn't understand what i meant. You are repeating raw numbers to me when i was discussing 2009 vs. 2019 inflation.

The only reason Endgame got close to Avatar is because over the course of a decade movie prices increase. More people actually went to see Avatar.
