Id go as far to say that conservatives being outwardly racist make them a lot easier to deal with and avoid. The smoothness of liberal racism has been more damaging to the black community. They're getting us to kill ourselves with planned parenthood and all of these abortions. They are in African nations telling them to 'manage their fertility.' They've broken up the black family structure with feminism and welfare. They've created a nearly permanent underclass with the two aforementioned tools. We need to stop looking at ANY of these political parties as our friends and learn to negotiate and make those parties earn our votes in exchange for something, but really, we need to detach our primary means of self improvement from the political process. Depending on professional liars to come in and fix our communities will have us waiting forever. We need to start teaching each other how to start businesses and the such.

Nah id put white people at like 50%. Asians and Indians make up heavy numbers based on their population size. Its a dying industry thats just a bubble now. Every idea has been exhausted by now and its just investors speculating at this point.

We're probably talking more like 1-2% representation if we want to keep it real.

Those cacs and asians don't know how to relate to Black talent and cannot effectively manage that talent, either.

From what I heard it's not like other gigs. The current rising culture in engineering is 6 hour days, efficiency, general wellness, etc. Google, again so I've heard, basically forces you to live there. Hence the games and neck messages and frills and shyt. I don't defend this dude whatsoever, but it sounds like he snapped and let that cism out because he had the gig but didn't have a real life.

I have numerous family members who work there and they earned those spots. I was a knucklehead when I was younger and am paying the price for it now, I don't deserve anything I didn't put in work for. Stop the blood clot crying.

African American total is 3.3%, it's tough but we lookout for each other and hangout often

You can't keep moving goal posts. First it's oh there is heavy bias against nonwhites, then when Asians start making moves and in many cases become CEOs oh now it's biased towards whites and Asians. Until you can demonstrate that there are a substantial amount of exceptinal black American (im purposely excluding Africans) engineers who are being turned away from positions in the tech world solely because of their race liberals will have to tone down the rhetoric.

Tech industry's main goal is to provide innovative products and services, that requires the best and brightest minds in the field. It's goal is not and should not be to be some ground for social experiments based on identity politics.

Here's an idea. Every year lets take a specific percentage of academically exceptional black American high school seniors and give them a free ride through top schools so they can pursue a higher education in these fields. The idea is that hopefully these people will go on to succeed, have children, and raise them with the same qualities that made them successful and in turn will go on to succeed themselves, and so on and so forth. It will also motivate underperforming black students to step their game up. That's something easy we can do as a country and I guarantee you will see more black American CEOs in not only tech but a variety of industries. But instead we as a country keep telling black kids to play this pariah role forever and now other groups are piggy backing blacks and feel they are owed something too...the result is lower standards overall which benefits no one. I don't know about you but when I pay money for something I expect to get what I pay for. So if I am hiring somebody to perform a particular task, the same logic applies.
