Unfortunately Penn State will be back in the playoffs next year because of the national polls always put them in the top 10 to start the season and they have a shytty schedule again and only play Oregon and Ohio state

He built this roster and hasnt recruited a single elite qb in his career. Roster problems are the HC fault unless he’s a new hire
Allar is a 5 star recruit…it’s as good as you can get at Penn st…they have to develop him but he was an elite qb recruit
I mean, recruiting an Elite QB is probably one of the hardest things to do. Most top programs struggle with that. Drew Allar was regarded as elite but he just never seem to hit his potential. The tools are there but he just hasn’t hit the next level.
I will say James Franklin has coached this team pretty damn well considering the limitations of Allar. Now, the onus is on Franklin to find a QB in the portal asap,
That decision to make that throw falls on Allar. There zero reason to make that throw. Even if that tall as DE missed the int, the DB was also in stride to intercept it too.
