Differentiating the DCEU for the MCU by being “darker .” But dude can’t write, or create compelling characters to save his life. I mean you had major characters killed. Gunn is gonna keep some people from Peacemaker and 'The Suicide Squad' because it didn't have much for DCEU tie-ins to begin with and he worked on those projects and Peacemaker was already greenlit for a season 2.

Everyone else that was directly tied to DCEU appears to be out.
