NYC is only appealing to young adults and teenagers. Most grown people don’t want to be fighting traffic for hours to drive into the city, pay more for housing and still get less house or have to deal with crowds everywhere. In term of big urban cities, I’d much rather be an athlete in DC or Chicago or Philly because they’re more livable and tolerable on a daily basis. Or a laid back city like Houston. NYC is too big.

Honestly, this is surprising. I thought Harden would love it here considering how much he loved strip clubs in Houston. I have no idea of how NYC strip clubs compare to the ones in Houston but you would think the caliber of women he has access to being an NBA superstar would single handily make him happy. Guess not

Let’s be real. This nets team is a worse ensemble then any rockets squad with KD injured and Irving part time. That’s the real issue.
If everybody was playing, they were winning, if they won a Championship, he would feel differently. This is the best chance he had recently of winning one.
Kyrie's decision basically fukked up any chance the Nets had at winning a Championship. With him not playing at all at the beginning and now only half the time, that means more minutes for everybody else. With him playing, better chance at having big leads, can rest the players more at the end of the game, Harden, Durant getting more rest. And then during Playoff time, can you imagine a game 7 at home and Kyrie isn't playing? They lose, he's going to get most of the blame.
A little needle in the arm. Most people that support Kyrie on his decisions are MAGAs and fans of other teams that might face the Nets in the Playoffs.
