I don’t get it, his body movement seems reasonable and it should perhaps not be a foul. Just continue playing. People get mad at the players for what the refs do.

The funny thing is Luka does the exact same foul baiting as Shai (and Harden) and averages more freethrow attempts for his career than Shai, but because he's a white man averaging 30, all people want to begrudgingly complain about is him complaining to the refs (for not calling the foul baits).

He has a great chance to sweep all the awards again this year. I wouldn't say i'm rooting for him to, but if HOU can't do nothing this year then i'd rather the Canuck go back-to-back

Personally, I think ppl see that he doesn't avg near triple double rebs and assists, and suddenly think his impact is less... but those type of #s can be deceiving. i.e. Luka avg 11 boards (95% defensive)... yet LAL avg 39 total rebs when he plays (5 games) but avgs more/41 total rebs when he sits out (4 games).

It's why last season altho Jokic and Giannis' raw numbers were collectively (pts/rebs/asts) larger, Shai still led the league in win shares.
