OKC say fukk it and holla at Monta.
OKC's salary for next year is $65 mil without even factoring an extension to Harden or Eric Maynor. The money's not there for OKC to attempt free agency.

Do you honestly think Dwight would be willing to live in Oklahoma City?he don't care that much about winning. It's about lifestyle with him.
lol@ dwight coming to OKC. People really keep forgetting that the trade was for Ibaka and Harden for Dwight but OKC pulled out.
everybody and their mama knew Dwight wasn't gonna stay even if they did win it all.

They would've had Dwight for 1 year. Just like they'll have Harden for 1 more year. If they win it all with Dwight, he might've would've stayed. They're not paying Harden, but someone will so there is 0 chance he stays.
yup, hardens contract doesn't factor in, into next season anyway.Amnesty Perk.
Amnesty Perk.

They can sign and trade Harden and get something for him.
Wouldn't make a difference.
The number I posted was without Harden. Even if you eliminate Perk, the number takes you to about a milly under the cap threshold. On a team that's paying Durant and Westbrook max and Ibaka $12, there's no free agent money left.
Not if he signs the offer sheet first. In that instance, why entertain a trade?

OKC should trade him for Reke and a future 1st rounder.
