Massages and Acupuncture are not that expensive, but if dude is doing this shyt once a week than that might add up... The place I go to for acupuncture is like $125 for 90 minutes... Massages are like $80...

My overall point is, dude is obviously spending on the highest end of all of these services, and employing MULTIPLE resources within the same profession, so in that sense he doesn't have to spend that much... He could probably be more efficient, but if it is convenient for him to have multiple doctors that do the same thing, than by all means do what you have to do... His body, his money....

YES! I do it for my legs... General soreness from weight lifting, running, and kite surfing...

shyt works wonders... Part of me feels like it is a placebo effect..

But you go from a tightness because a bunch of needles in you does feel weird and awkward, raised body temperatures, and then once the needles are removed, it is almost like a release and everything feels, "lighter", pain subsides

If you have some chronic pain, give it a shot

Because he is a football player and from July-February, you are doing things with the team. Offseason is really the only time they go out and get their own trainers....

and also, did you even read my post? I specifically said at the end that he is most likely using "HIGHEST END" of all of the services.... Some trainers charge 1-2 a month and some charge 1-2 a week... My point the entire time was that he definitely doesn't need to spend 500k/year for these services. he could definitely be more efficient in his spending, but who am I to judge

The problem is you're adding up what we pay. And I do see you have "highest end" and that's the difference

They went into this on ESPN today. He has all those doctors LIVE IN. That's all year round. 24/7. Plus they live on his property somewhere or close to it. And I'm guessing he pays for that too.

He's not going to 125 for 90 mins person. He's rich. Mariah Carey ain't getting no 125 massage. Even tho its the same techniques, she's paying some 500 an hour nikka. Same way white people can hit supercuts for 10, or maybe a 100 haircut, or pull a John Edwards and get a 400 cut. But really they all got a haircut
