that ship of him being a high pick has sailed, he just trying to be a 1st rounder now; but because of how this draft will be loaded with potential in the eyes of gms, this might be best for him..he's gonna slide in the 1st round to a good team that doesnt need much from him but defense and rebounding for the first couple years...watch he end up on the spurs lol....
on a side note: as a unc fan, i'm glad he's leaving...muthafukka named after 3 greats, and he played like some shyt while there...i think the pressure got to him trying to live up to that billing he came in with...

Parker is definitely better than McAdoo but the longer he stays in school the more the scouts will nitpick at his game.Jabari is way too skilled of a scorer to ever fall out the lottery never mind the second round
McAdoo fell because hes trash and got exposed Jabari wont have that problem
They will but anyone with elite scoring ability will never fall too farParker is definitely better than McAdoo but the longer he stays in school the more the scouts will nitpick at his game.

McAdoo in the 2nd > Otto Porter in the top 3Watch the Wizards use their 2nd-rounder on him.![]()
nah, Parker will go at least top 3 every year unless he sustains a career changing injury. He is an elite scorer.Parker is definitely better than McAdoo but the longer he stays in school the more the scouts will nitpick at his game.

All he has to do is stay in the league and average 4 and 4 and UNC fans will say he's not a bust, he was never expected to be a star and no other school could have gotten more out of him. This narrative will change completely in 5 years, if he sticks, just like Hanstravel. That's the kind of double standard that pisses me off about non-Duke "busts," especially those from UNC. They get the pass of all passes.
Meanwhile, I gotta keep explaining how Laett, JJ, Hendo, Alaa, etc. were/are not busts. Shelden was a bust. Trajan was a bust. Ferry was a huge bust. But, anytime a Duke player isn't an ALL-STAR, they get thrown in the "bust" pile, while other schools get "solid" passes.
And y'all be wondering why I go so hard.
