Honestly, Electro is a good villain, but i've never seen him as a main villain. He usually rolls in a crew as like a supporting villain. But i dont know anything about the new universe Spiderman characters so

One of spiderman more dangerous foes. His only downside is that he is not smart enough or just not ambitious enough to be a high level threat like say Dr. Doom or Hulk.
