He tried to fix it too early. I bet that the first time he tried to get it done, his hairline wasn't finished receding yet. So every time he would get hair follicles implanted, the hair behind it would start to fade. It looked like a mess during the 2000s. He even got that goofy tattoo on the back of his head to hide the scar where they took follicles from. Now his hair is probably how it will be since he's close to 50. So his line should be aight.
