For real. Had a babysitter that got bodied by cancer at age 30 and she lived a healthy lifestyle. Had me shook because my pop's mom and sister passed away because of cancer so that shyt is in the fam.

My aunt got lung cancer and was the only one of her siblings who had never smoked a cigarette. shyt had me
