All because of Aaron Wolf. I pray he's good. If he is something special is about to happen.

For context - that Japanese figure skater literally does sold out stadium solo shows off the strength of being an Olympic gold medalist. Western wrestling media is fast asleep on how huge a deal this is.
:whoa: Hanyu is like a pop idol in Japan. He was still a teenager when he won his first gold medal, IIRC he was already a huge name in Japan when he won his 2nd straight gold. He's had huge following for more than a decade, there's a reason he decided to cash out with solo skate shows -the fact he can pull that shyt off is fukking insane :dead:-, Wolf doesn't come close to that level of popularity just because he won gold but that's because Hanyu is on some legit other level, it's like him and Ohtani or some shyt :heh:

MxM Collection apparently doing a mini Japan tour. In addition to the previously announced match with DDT, they also have one lined up with Big Japan

The best they could get these guys was a Ueno Park show? :smh: I guess it's just a schedule thing, I hope they can bring them back for something more meaningful.

Well, the Goto reign was good while it lasted. Didn't get a consolation prize run, every match was a banger (Most of them based around the idea of him doing a new variation of his finisher to win), got the most title defenses of the current title incarnation so far, and his matches were the brightest spot in most cards (the rest being plagued by that Bullet Club/House of torture bullshyt)

A Forbidden Door defense would've been the cherry on top, but of course they want the brit for the brit show.

Just caught up with this. I've never seen so many busted light tubes :damn:

Hell of a match and story :wow:
Breh I don't like deathmatches but Kasai being that dude and Despy the forever underdog, I had to watch it.

A superhot Korakuen add more entertainment to the match.

When the Despy kick out of Jun two straight finishers, and Jun lost his shyt. :wow:
